I offer personalized individual treatment, EMDR, traditional and non-traditional couples therapy, group counseling, and relationship treatment. I am certified by EMDRIA as an EMDR therapist and I am personally interested in trauma. The symptoms speak for themselves throughout treatment. I am not as concerned with a diagnosis as I am with your relief. My services are out of pocket largely because insurance does not prioritize integration as much as stabilization. True healing sometimes requires deeper treatment than traditional talk therapy can accomplish. My personal journey with therapy led to my career in mental health. I do not ask my clients to do anything I haven't navigated myself. I have lived and witnessed the rewards of effective treatment, as well as the unfortunate side of unprofessionalism. It is my goal to offer my best clinical skills to clients I assess as compatible with my capabilities. Sometimes there are limited care options in your area, in which case we will work to gain needed support. Your symptom relief takes priority over my agendas or opinions.
